Gael designs neutral distribution infrastructures in markets where asymmetric incentives prevent scale. His work focuses on aligning technology, governance and economics so multiple participants can collaborate without losing control over their business.

After working across industries where digital distribution conflicts had to be resolved to enable growth, Gael has consistently focused on the same challenge: turning fragmented, negotiation-driven models into shared systems that make transactions economically viable at scale.

At LiquidCars, he leads the design of a neutral Global Distribution System for used-car remarketing — not as a marketplace or intermediary, but as a shared infrastructure that allows dealers, marketplaces and service providers to operate CPA transactions with trust, predictability and reduced risk.
